Full- Time Residential Counselor Position Available (maturity leave contract)

Full- Time Overnight Position Available (Starting Oct 2017-maturity leave contract)

Relief Positions Available – This position is responsible for providing day-to-day care in a therapeutic group home environment for various shifts not covered by full-time staff, including weeknights, weekends and overnights.

Successful candidates must possess;

• A CYW Diploma or related educational diploma (PSW’s will not be considered)
• Range and demonstration of various child management techniques
• The ability to work collaboratively with the staff team and other collaterals
• Reliable, takes initiative and follows the policy and procedures of the program
• Good writing and communication skills
• Is certified in UMAB or other related non-crisis intervention
• First Aid
• Criminal reference check
• Flexibility in scheduling
• MUST be able to commit to a minimum of 2 shifts per week on an ongoing basis at Alliston location

Rate of Pay – $14.50 and up depending on experience
