OACYC:
The Ontario Association of Child and Youth Counsellors is the professional association representing the 2000+ Child and Youth Counsellors – members, students and associates in the province of Ontario, Canada.
ILC:
The Independent Learning Centre (ILC) is mandated by the government of Ontario as the province’s designated provider of distance education and GED Testing. The ILC offers Ontario credit courses in English and French for Grades 9 to 12, as well as the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD).

DLE Training : The knowledge in this course is based on helping young people to live their lives differently, as they are living it. It promotes being in-the-moment with individuals and experiencing their lives with them as it unfolds. The course provides knowledge and skills for a strengths-based, child-centred and child-led approach. Participants will develop skills that assist them to focus on small important moments and experiences of young people and/or families.
